6 lettuce leaves
6 cherry or plum tomatoes, chopped
3-4 mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
juice of half of a lime
1 tsp coconut oil / olive oil (optional)
1. In a bowl, break lettuce to pieces with your hand. Add chopped tomatoes, mushroom, and cucumber. Mix all together.
2. Add olives, lime juice, oil and salt. Mix all together.
3. It’s ready to eat.
