Our Perspective on the New RSV Shot for Babies

In the United States of America (USA), there’s a wave of excitement rippling through the medical world about Merck’s new RSV shot, clesrovimab, now recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for infants under eight months. On June 26, 2025, a 5-2 vote pushed this monoclonal antibody injection forward as a so-called “shield” against “respiratory syncytial virus” (RSV). The decision, awaiting CDC approval, is being hailed as a breakthrough. However, as we stand at this crossroads, I feel it is necessary to speak from a different place—a place rooted in the wisdom of Dr. Sebi, the healing power of nature, and the electric vitality of the human body.

The long-term impact of injecting monoclonal antibodies into such young, developing bodies remain largely unknown to science. Risks like anaphylaxis, immune system imbalances, or injection-site reactions linger in the background. And what happens when this shot is given to babies whose mothers already received an RSV vaccine during pregnancy? Could it not disrupt the delicate balance of their budding immune systems? These are questions we must ask.

Dr. Sebi always reminded us: “The body is electric.” As such, we should give it electric food and it will heal itself. That means supporting the immune system with alkaline, plant nutrition, including foods and herbs— not overwhelming it with man-made chemicals and synthetic drugs.

This new RSV shot (which is a lab-made antibody) is being added to the long list of things we’re told babies need. But I ask — what about clean air, mineral-rich herbs, breastmilk, rest, and the love of nature? What about elderberry, mullein, cordoncillo negro, and other alkaline plants available to us?

Too many shots are already being administered to babies, this is not balance. It is interference. It is unhealthy. Our babies are born whole. Their immune systems deserve support, not suppression. Let’s not be so quick to trade nature’s medicine for industry’s solution especially for these babies. Let’s nourish our babies with the foods and herbs that vibrate with life. Let’s create environments where their bodies can thrive without interference.

Let’s stand up and say, “no”, it is not OK to continue to inject chemicals into babies in the name of viruses.

It is also important to note that what modern medicine call “viruses” have never been isolated and identified – not one! Dr. Sebi spoke of the fact that there is no such thing as a virus. This is a topic many people are not ready for because it goes against the foundation of everything they believe about disease. This will be further explored in another post.
