1 bundle of kale
12 cherry or plum tomatoes
1 small onion
1 tablespoon salt
1. Cut kale in to thin strips and add salt. Mix the salt into the kale and massage it in for about 2 minutes. Cover and let it sit for 1/2 to 1 hour.
2. Add chopped onion and tomatoes and combine well. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
3. Peel and slice avocado and combine together.
