½ cup mixed berries
1/2 banana (frozen)
1 lime, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp. sea moss
1 cup coconut water

1 handful leafy greens
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. sea moss
