Topical Healing Formula for Cuts & Bruises
Purpose: Speeds up skin regeneration, reduces pain, stops minor bleeding, and prevents infection.
Ingredients:
- Burdock leaf (or root) – anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, supports skin healing
- Chaparral – antiseptic, antimicrobial, supports tissue repair
- Lily of the Valley (dried flowers) – gentle tissue repair, reduces swelling
- Red Clover blossoms – purifies the blood and supports tissue regeneration
- Olive oil or grapeseed oil – carrier oil; antioxidant and skin-soothing
Instructions:
- Infused Oil:
- Combine equal parts of dried herbs.
- Add to a clean glass jar.
- Cover with olive or grapeseed oil (about 1 inch above the herb line).
- Seal and let infuse in a sunny window for 2–3 weeks.
- Strain, store in a dark glass bottle.
- Use:

Poultice for Wounds and Bruises

- Grapeseed oil (carrier)
Instructions:
- Infuse plantain in grapeseed oil (low heat or sun-infused for 2–3 weeks).
