In this video Dr Sebi mentions that there are two stages to the healing journey or rather two parts:
Part 1: Involves cleansing the system.
Part 2: involves revitalizing the system.
He noted that this can only be done with natural herbs. He emphasized by listing some unnatural herbs and then mentions four herbs that are electrical. He noted that these are natural plants; they are electrical and will revitalize the body.
