Over the past few weeks, there has been increasing discussion in the media surrounding the so-called “hantavirus,” along with renewed conversations about vaccines, fear campaigns, and public health emergencies.

As students and supporters of the African Biomineral Balance, we want to calmly reiterate where we stand.

The African Biomineral Balance, as taught by Dr. Sebi, does not accept the conventional theory that viruses are the root cause of disease. Instead, disease is viewed as the result of mucus accumulation, mineral imbalance, toxicity, inflammation, and the breakdown of the body’s natural electrical and biochemical balance.

We also do not support fear-based narratives that encourage panic, confusion, or blind dependency on pharmaceutical intervention.

Many people still remember the events surrounding COVID-19. During that period, there was enormous fear, constant media pressure, and widespread hospitalization. Countless individuals entered hospitals frightened and isolated, and many families observed that the hospital system itself became the central battleground of the crisis, particularly with aggressive interventions such as intubation.

We encourage our community to remain calm, grounded, informed, and centered.

Now more than ever, focus on:

  • Strengthening the body naturally
  • Maintaining an alkaline, plant-based nutritional approach
  • Avoiding mucus-forming and heavily processed foods
  • Supporting the immune and lymphatic systems through proper nutrition, herbs, rest, sunlight, hydration, grounding, rest and emotional balance
  • Avoiding fear, panic, and mental stress

Fear weakens the body. Stress disrupts balance. Confusion creates vulnerability.

The African Biomineral Balance teaches self-responsibility, natural living, and supporting the body’s innate ability to restore equilibrium when given the proper environment.

We encourage everyone to research carefully, think critically, ask questions, and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Stay peaceful. Stay grounded. Stay mineralized.
